ISAAC VELAZQUEZ

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Isaac Velazquez Project Coordinator, Structura Builders

Isaac Velazquez is a Project Coordinator at Structura Builders, supporting preconstruction planning, project scheduling, and documentation management across the company’s active work. He brings five years of construction industry experience and a well-rounded foundation in both field coordination and administrative operations.

Project Coordination and Field Support
On STB’s Miralani Building Renovation, Isaac served as the dedicated on-site coordinator maintaining daily logs, holding subcontractors accountable to punch list completion, processing invoices, and coordinating change orders so that documentation stayed current and project finances were accurately tracked. On the Hill Street project, he organized job walks, led subcontractor recruitment to assemble the right trade partners for the scope, and took ownership of scheduling and sequencing to minimize conflict and downtime on site.
A Commitment to Safety
Isaac has served as the dedicated Site Safety Advocate on each of his projects, reinforcing a consistent focus on safe work practices and a culture of compliance and accountability across all subcontractor teams.
Preconstruction Foundation
Prior to joining Structura, Isaac served as ACE Coordinator with Associated Builders and Contractors, where he developed and scheduled construction-based training programs for a membership base of active contractors. That role gave him direct exposure to how general contractors and subcontractors operate, along with the stakeholder coordination and records management skills that translate directly to preconstruction scheduling, submittal tracking, and bid coordination.

Isaac is OSHA 30-Hour certified, Procore certified, and First Aid & CPR certified. Detail-oriented and process-driven, he is a dependable point of contact for owners, architects, and trade partners throughout the life of a project.
