Trey Bowman is the President and CEO of Structura Builders Inc. (STB), where he oversees all aspects of the company’s operations, including acquisitions, development, strategy, and people development. In this leadership role, Trey is responsible for executing both the short-term and long-term goals of the company, ensuring continued growth in existing markets, expanding into new markets, and driving the development of new service offerings. Additionally, Trey Bowman manages the company’s accounting, tax, budgeting, treasury, and finance & legal functions, establishing critical internal controls to mitigate risks.
With a strong guiding philosophy of prioritizing people over profit, Trey Bowman has built a reputation for his commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment while driving financial success. Before joining Structura, Trey led another construction company where he successfully grew the business to more than $50 million in revenue. His experience as a strategic business partner with executive leadership teams has been key to delivering on both company and financial objectives, demonstrating his ability to align business strategies with overall corporate goals.
Trey’s leadership is characterized by his keen eye for detail, unwavering integrity, and a commitment to excellence, all of which are integral to his role overseeing the operations, accounting, and finance activities at STB. With over a decade of experience leading multimillion-dollar construction organizations, he has built an impressive portfolio, including high-profile projects such as a $110 million condo and marina construction project in southern California.

As the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Structura Builders, Jeff Schuler brings more than a decade of comprehensive construction experience, overseeing the design, preconstruction, and construction phases of every project. With a strong foundation in architecture, Jeff has successfully guided clients from concept to completion, providing leadership and strategic direction across a wide range of sectors, including new constuction, multifamily, commercial construction, renovation, and historic restoration.
