Leading that team is Trey W. Bowman, President & CEO, whose oversight spans both sides of the business — the construction itself and the financial performance of every project and of the company as a whole. Trey directs operations, strategy, acquisitions, and people development while managing the accounting, budgeting, treasury, and finance functions that keep each job profitable and the company sound.

The team he leads has been built deliberately over the years, through mentorship, promotion from within, and continued investment in certification and training. Just as importantly, each member arrived with substantial construction experience earned before joining Structura Builders — and that combination of tenure here and depth developed elsewhere is what allows the group to move quickly and confidently on complex work.

From the superintendents who run our jobsites to the coordinators, administrators, and accounting professionals who keep every project documented, funded, and on schedule, each member plays a direct and visible role in how the work gets delivered.
