OUR TEAM

The Structura Builders team

Structura Builders is built on the strength of its people. Our team brings together field leadership, preconstruction expertise, contract and financial discipline, and day-to-day operational support under one roof — professionals who have delivered new construction, multifamily, commercial, renovation, and historic restoration work across a wide range of market sectors.

Leading that team is Trey W. Bowman, President & CEO, whose oversight spans both sides of the business — the construction itself and the financial performance of every project and of the company as a whole. Trey directs operations, strategy, acquisitions, and people development while managing the accounting, budgeting, treasury, and finance functions that keep each job profitable and the company sound.

The team he leads has been built deliberately over the years, through mentorship, promotion from within, and continued investment in certification and training. Just as importantly, each member arrived with substantial construction experience earned before joining Structura Builders — and that combination of tenure here and depth developed elsewhere is what allows the group to move quickly and confidently on complex work.

From the superintendents who run our jobsites to the coordinators, administrators, and accounting professionals who keep every project documented, funded, and on schedule, each member plays a direct and visible role in how the work gets delivered. Guided by a philosophy of people over profit, Structura Builders invests in its people — because the quality of a finished project is a direct reflection of those who built it.

JUAN M.

GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT

Juan M. General Superintendent, Structura Builders

Juan M. is the General Superintendent at Structura Builders (STB), where he leads all field operations and carries ultimate responsibility for the safe, on-schedule, and high-quality execution of work in place. Juan directs site supervision across the company’s active projects, sequencing trades, managing manpower, and holding subcontractors accountable to the schedule and to STB’s standard of workmanship.

Field Leadership
With 40 years in the field, Juan has advanced from the trades into senior field leadership, giving him a practical, hands-on command of means and methods that earns immediate credibility with crews and trade partners alike. He runs coordination and look-ahead meetings, resolves constructability issues before they reach the critical path, and works shoulder to shoulder with project managers and the preconstruction team to ensure what is drawn can be built efficiently.
Safety and Quality
Juan sets the tone for STB’s safety culture on every jobsite. He enforces site-specific safety plans, leads daily huddles and toolbox talks, and treats a clean, organized site as the foundation of both safety and quality. Safety First, Every Day
Sterling enforces site-specific safety plans, leads toolbox talks, conducts regular site inspections, and maintains the clean, well-organized jobsites that are the foundation of both safe work and quality work. He treats every worker on his site — STB employee or subcontractor — as his responsibility to send home the same way they arrived.
